There is a minimum postage & packaging charge of £6.00, this covers the picking, packing and postage for orders up to and including £24.

PRICES
The prices advertised on this web page are the same as what are charged on the nursery, postage and packing has to be added on top of the total order price to cover the costs of postage and packaging used for your order
PLANTS
The plants we are offering on sale are rooted cuttings, they have been rooted into a jiffy 7 (a small net of compost). Once you receive your plants they will be ready to be potted on in to a pot of your choice. All plants are dispatched with tickets.
DELIVERY
We will have most varieties available as rooted cuttings for prompt delivery, however in the unlikely event that we have run out dispatch can take up to 5 weeks, as all cuttings are home grown so it will just be a case of us taking the cuttings and rooting them for you. You will be notified on the estimated time of dispatch.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required before plants will be dispatched.
Payment is made through the web site shop.
DATA PROTECTION
We are obliged under the 1984 Act to advise you that we have your name and address recorded on computer. If you wish to see the records we hold please send £2.00 & a self addressed envelope. Your details are only held for the purposes given here.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
All plants will be sent by royal mail first class letter postage.
Plants are packed in pre designed trays for 6 plants, each in its own secure rest.
The cost of packaging and postage is:
£6.00 for orders up to and including £24.
£11.00 for orders up to and including £48
Quantities above this postage and packaging will be advised.
PLANT GUARANTEE
We have a 14 day guarantee on all our plants from the date you receive them. We will replace any plants damaged during transit free of charge. However we can not be responsible for packages left unopened. Please return the plants to us and we will either replace them or refund your money which ever you prefer. This guarantee is nullified if you do not return the plants to us to for our own investigation with in the 14 days.
